Hey there and welcome to TechPlex! We’re so excited to have you exploring our smart gardening solutions, right here from Melbourne, Victoria. By using our website (https://techplex.net.au) and placing an order, you’re agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

We may need to change these Terms and Conditions over time, but don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop! And remember, we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Rest assured, though, we’re always doing our best to get you the gardening solutions you need!


Shipping and Delivery Policy

Ready for your order? Fantastic! We’re thrilled to let you know that we deliver all across Australia. Once your goods have reached your chosen location, they’re all yours. We use Australia Post and couriers to ship all over Australia. If you’re in Melbourne or the surrounding areas, we can also deliver right to you with our own courier service.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Sometimes, unexpected things happen that might delay your delivery, but we promise we’re always working hard to get your order to you as soon as we can!

Product and Pricing Policy

We strive for perfection, but we’re only human and sometimes errors in product or pricing information do happen. If they do, we reserve the right to correct, refuse, or cancel any orders. If your credit card has been charged for an order we have to cancel, we’ll make sure to issue an immediate credit to your account.

Refund and Return Policy

At TechPlex, we value your satisfaction above all. If for some reason, the items you received don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist.

If your goods don’t align with the product description or specifications, let us know within 2 days of delivery. After this, we’ll consider the goods accepted and in good condition.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return an item. You can do this if:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase
  • The item is in its original condition, with all labels attached
  • The item is not damaged

If you meet these conditions, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method, excluding delivery (unless the item is faulty or not as ordered), or we’ll issue a gift card for your next purchase.

Please remember, you’ll cover the return shipping costs unless the item you are returning is faulty. In that case, we’ll take care of it. We aim to make this process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible!

However, please note that certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include nutrients, lamps, grow lights, and LEDs, which are sold on a strict no refund or return policy unless they fall under a warranty claim.

Here at TechPlex, we respect your privacy. While we may need to collect some personal information to make our services possible, we promise we won’t be intrusive or misuse your data. We’ll only ask for what we need, and if you ever want us to remove your personal information from our records or stop receiving promotional material, just let us know!
