Refund and Return Policy

At TechPlex, we value your satisfaction above all. If for some reason, the items you received don't meet your expectations, we're here to assist.

If your goods don't align with the product description or specifications, let us know within 2 days of delivery. After this, we'll consider the goods accepted and in good condition.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return an item. You can do this if:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase
  • The item is in its original condition, with all labels attached
  • The item is not damaged

If you meet these conditions, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, excluding delivery (unless the item is faulty or not as ordered), or we'll issue a gift card for your next purchase.

Please remember, you'll cover the return shipping costs unless the item you are returning is faulty. In that case, we'll take care of it. We aim to make this process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible!

However, please note that certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include nutrients, lamps, grow lights, and LEDs, which are sold on a strict no refund or return policy unless they fall under a warranty claim.
